Noah's
Tasmanian 'dilemma' of 2003 AD
An educative
'narration' about 'reason' v/s insanity.
Imagine what would have
happened if
in the year 2003 AD the Lord God of all spoke to
'Noah' saying:
| "Twelve
months from now I will make it rain and the resultant
flood could cover the earth. This I may do so as to bring
all the 'works' of man to a halt for a time and a time,
until they learn to live with each other as is commanded
by ME from the land divine and, - - - as you are a good
man, I command you to build an ARK." |
As the year approached its twelfth month the Lord God would
have seen Noah sitting under a tree 'weeping' and, - - - the
story begins :
"Noah" he called out, "Where is the ARK"? Noah replied:
'Oh Lord up high can you please halt the flood, as I have run
into many difficulties each day. Prior to beginning the
construction the News media heard of the 'plan,' and from then on,
all 'Hell' has broken loose.
First the local Council required a 'proposal' and a new plan
'submission' before they would issue me with a building permit.
As your detailed design plans did not comply with the 'ruling' building codes, they demanded
that I pay them more funds so that they could have an engineering
firm redraw your design to their specifications.
Since then the Occupational and Health authority are, in the
still unfinished process of deciding whether I can 'float' the
craft without a fire sprinkler system and some type of propulsion
system.
I went into the forest with my son and brought home some trees
to begin to lay the keel down. My neighbour has complained, and
through his solicitous 'wolves' he has brought a Court injunction
against me, and I have had to lodge a rezoning application with
the local Council.
I have also had a 'run in' with the Parks & Wildlife
department. They have forbidden me to even 'consider' taking
animals out of 'their' forests, even though I did say that it was
my intent to save the animals.
The Department of Land and
Water Conservation demanded a map of the proposed flood plain. I
sent them a complete set of 'Gregory’s'
street directories in an attempt to show them my urgency.
They have now advised me that I cannot continue construction
without filing an environmental impact statement on the proposed
flood. They did not take kindly to the idea that they had
no jurisdiction over the conduct of the Creator of the Universe.
The Forestry department has now demanded an 'up-front' payment
of $ 25 per ton for any wood I take from the forest. They have
also brought a Court action against me for having taken some
trees from the forest without their permission.
They do not agree with my statement that it is your forest
and, that I am on a Royal mission for you. They disagree with
this belief of mine, saying that the forest is theirs or
the State's (Caesar,) and are prepared to back their false ideological belief with force of arms.
I have already been found
'guilty' of a 'crime against the State' and 'transported' and
jailed as a convict for two months.
On top of this, the amount of timber I state I need far
exceeds the 'quota' they 'permit' me to use from the local forest.
The department of Conservation and Land management state that my
'craft' is too big and they will only 'permit' half the needed
timber. (So much for your design Oh Lord!)
Right now I am trying to resolve a complaint filed with the
Equal Employment Opportunities Commission claiming that I am
practicing 'discrimination,' in stating that I am not taking
godless, unbelieving people aboard. Even the carpenters I offered
work to have now gone on strike, due to their Union 'boss'
objecting to my 'ask' of reduced labour rates.
I just received a notice from the Waterways Authority, stating
that I will have to register the ARK as a recreational watercraft.
I also need a boat driver's license, but they are still debating
on the vessel classification. I am also getting continual visits
from 'Greenpeace,' the RSPCA, Work-cover, the Sheriffs office,
and numerous other government departments.
The department of Marine Safety has also refused to 'licence'
the Ark 'design' for failing to have adequate 'anchoring' and
life boat deployment systems incorporated within the design.
The Taxation Office has seized my assets, including my one and
only 'milking' cow and three chickens, as well as the unfinished
Ark claiming, that I am building the Ark in preparation to flee
the country, thereby avoiding payment of demanded taxes.
I am presently under 'house arrest,' and have been advised
that I cannot do any further business until I show 'proof' of
business registration.
Finally the Council for Civil Liberties got the courts to
issue an injunction against further construction of the Ark
saying that, since God is flooding the Earth it is a religious
event, and therefore in the 'mind' of their unholy books of 'rules' or Statutes it is unconstitutional,
so I really don’t think I can even begin to
build the Ark for another few years 'if' ever,' said Noah.
The sky began to clear, the sun began to shine and the seas
began to calm. A rainbow arched across the sky. Noah looked up
hopefully and said:
"You mean you are
not going to destroy the way of 'life' on Earth"?
"No," said the Lord God on high: "I don’t have to, - - - bureaucracy has
already done it but, - - - all must yet pay their dues
and many will lose all in the difficult coming times when
all systems fall into disarray and, - - - many will soon homeless
be through natural disasters as all will soon see, and
'rough' will become the sea."
The 'moral' of the story is: Just get on with your life, and do what you
wish to without 'asking' any 'body' or 'authority' for
'permission,' and without complying with their 'taxing' demands of
you.
Just mind your own
business, and let others 'mind' theirs.
Just go your way peacefully and honestly and respecting all
others, and in this 'act' you are in 'compliance' with God's
Command and, - - - you are 'walking' within the
jurisdiction of the 'Light' side and thus 'Right'
side of God's ONE
immutable Law:
"As you do is done
unto you," and your 'return' Tribute from God
is POSITIVE.
God says:
"First work and earn
a profit, then you can give some away to the needy so that
I see your kindness."

Business Registration Numbers & licence fees ~
There was and yet 'is' on earth a 'group' of 'infidels' that seek to control & tax the free movement and free
trade and free business enterprises
of God's children, by using 'force'
to enforce their demands that all 'trade & movement'
be subjected to their 'taxes' &
'regulatory control' and, - - - in order to control others income, they
impose 'operational' restrictions that require a 'licence' fee payment for a business
registration 'number' first, due their 'thirst' for money and, -
- -
Their 'extortionist' threat
that non compliance to their 'rules'
legitimises them to destroy your livelihood must be seen by
you for what it is, as it has now been 'exposed' that this
imposition is but satanic and undemocratic
and ungodly.
It is the 'right' time for every individual to see 'how' control over their lives was
'manifested' in the first instance. This you will find in the
'Slave' citizen document on the web site given below, but I also
would now bestow another 'view' upon you to 'consider' each day,
it is with 'reference' to 'who' or 'what' you are or be,
and 'who' owns your fleshly body.
For example. If your 'flesh' was born on a certain landmass,
or if you presently 'reside' upon a certain landmass, does it
'follow' that you belong to the 'ruling'
body thereon? Are you 'owned' by the 'invisible' authority that manifests itself via
RULES? Are you subject to the 'control' of these 'rules'
merely because 'it' or 'they' so say? - - NO.
For it is simply a 'matter' of the rules having words 'encoded' within
their text that say for example:
| "You 'belong' to Australia - or
Texas - or Kenya because you were issued a
'certificate' of birth here or there or, - - - you were
issued a 'certificate' of entry or emigration by the 'rules' and rulers of this
place, - - - therefore you are 'one of us'
and, - - - you are also 'bound
over' to our book of rules
and ITS 'enforcement'

What you needs do if you so wish to, is to 'extricate' yourself
from this false belief so that you can
become free. If however your
'spirit' is so full of 'Pride' that you need to or 'have
to' belong to a 'particular' landmass System or landmass 'name,'
then read no further.
But if you wish to travel the planet as a 'free' woman or man as GOD would
have it be, then first try and see that your spirit
belongs to God, not man or system of man and, - - - the mere fact
that it resides here or there or anywhere is irrelevant.
Tell yourself (and others) that you are no longer 'owned' by
any particular county or 'club' or 'system' of government but, -
- - that you have seen the Light
and now set yourself free as you say to yourself, God, and
humanity:
| "I (Noah) now
see that my God requires me to 'simply' be HIS 'chattel,'
and I belong to HIS heavenly Domain. Thus my
'time' on earth is but as a 'visitor' and thus
I am not required by God to 'pay' any person
'here,' there, or anywhere any 'entry' visa money,
licence fee, or taxes, nor am I 'under' the jurisdiction
of any 'rules' raised up by mere mortals.
I am 'bound' to simply 'walk' in a "Peaceful"
manner as commanded by my God as I travel anywhere
on 'earth's' sod. I thus 'owe' and 'hold' no
'allegiance' to any particular land; I walk hand
in hand with all men of any 'race' as God planned and, as
I 'earn' my daily wage, it is I to
'contribute' to society and its welfare
upkeep as I wish to.
Thus I also 'ask' each of you to
respect my 'belief' and leave me in peace. I can state
that if any 'person' or 'State' body 'demands' any 'fee'
or 'levy' or 'taxes' from me, that they will see that
their own 'destiny' is different to mine, and they
will end up living with 'other' swine in HELL."

Thus this 'note' from 'Noah' to each of you, be you in an
'authoritative' position or but a 'serf' or
slave also bound by ignorance. Let us all now seek the wisdom
from God's pen so that we lift each other UP, and all then sup on
God's loving cup.
I presently 'reside' on the Tasmanian landmass, thus I
am not an 'Australian,' I am simply a resident of
the landmass named 'Tasmania.' As I am not an
'Australian,' nor a 'Tasmanian,' I am not 'bound' to adhere to any of the 'rules' raised up by any 'body' of men in
Tasmania or Australia 'acting' in their eyes either for
or against my 'interests.'
Naturally, if 'some' of them carry
'arms' and seek to defy their God and abuse me because they
'stupidly' follow rules, then
so be it. They sit the same 'judgment' upon themselves, and it
will be imposed upon their soul by God.
The 'Noah's Ark Anchors' operation is the first to 'operate'
as God would have it be, - - - free from 'control' by thieves
that yet on earth stroll, and its 'operations' are international
as all do see. It is operated 'democratically,' and is free from
any 'encumbrance' or 'levy' imposed by the 'Mafiosi' that in
every land today 'pose' as 'legal' governments. This 'business'
is governed by God, so please now also go your way peacefully and respecting
all others and governed by God, - - -
No longer needing your 'business' or 'Trade' having to
be misused by 'tariffs' or 'duties'
or Trade 'embargoes' or 'sanctioned' or
'authorised' or licensed or taxed or controlled
by 'Systems' or 'Nations,' or by other people that seek to
'gain' something by interfering
in the daily business dealings of God's children..
It is said by God
to 'Noah' that the 'people' are now free
to conduct their business 'civilly'
with other people directly, on a person to person
basis 'locally' or internationally without 'let
or hindrance' from extortionist
interference.
Let us all now 'operate' as free men and have our 'registration' with God
as our 'head of house' visible, as 'we' simply give out
our name and physical address, so that others are 'blessed' with knowing 'who' we are
and 'where' we are by that 'registration' and, our sales
will not be 'used' as a 'tax collector' for
any 'punitive' and thus
'anti-god' system of man, for that is not God's great plan.
Please 'anchor' yourself to truth and God's Light, not 'man's' devilish rules.
You do not need to be or have to be licensed
by man before you 'trade.'
May sanity prevail
- Trust in God,
not the 'rules' of mortal men.

~ Social
obligation & responsibility ~
Every 'spirit' be they incarnate or discarnate has an
obligation to their fellow 'man,' be it simply to 'one' other, or
be it to the entire community. This obligation is primarily one
wherein one 'presents' themselves to others in a positive, caring, loving, good, respectful and
peaceful demeanor.
For it is only in this 'attitude' is the person 'compliant'
with the Command of their Creator and, - - - it is only in
this manner that the person is 'accruing' a positive
return 'due' unto them under or 'within' the scope of the one law
of God:
"As you do is done
unto you."
Other than this fact, the obligation in this 'sad' and sorry
realm is also 'additional' due to the 'poor' situation of many of
those yet 'suffering' in one way or
another. This entails the free 'giving'
of money or goods or implements or education to assist them in
any way possible - - - this is but a 'conscience'
obligation, not an enforceable one.
The other 'obligation' is but a 'return' and 'support' giving, - - - that assists the entire
community to 'live' to a certain standard, and if one is making
'use' of a variety of 'programs' instituted by others, be it the
funding of community services, then one should assist in
its upkeep - - - this too is but a 'conscience'
obligation, not an enforceable one.
That is because God says that the use of 'force' or 'punishment'
as 'coercion' to demand a contribution for any
reason is wrong, as it contravenes the 'Code of Conduct' stipulated by God.
Thus all 'taxes or levies' or
licence fees or land taxes or rates are in contravention
of God's Command, and any person 'saying' that they are
from an 'authorised' organisation that is 'legally' empowered to
either 'tax' your income, or demand a licence fee, or punish you
for any non compliance to their decree,
must be told this:
| "That is your 'belief' and your
'opinion' but it is not mine, - - - for I am not
a 'party' to your Mafiosi organisation simply because you
say I am - - - I follow God, not any 'extortionist' group
and - - - as you are 'mercenaries' from a 'terrorist'
organisation and, - - - As your 'enforcement' army does
carry guns, then whatever you 'wish' to do will
probably be done - - - but you cannot 'coerce' me into
conformity to your false punitive
& extortionist demigod ideology by
contributing to it or supporting it - - -
For in so doing I would be defying my God and I
would be untrue to my belief
and conscience and, - - - in so doing I would also
accrue a painful debt to God under God's supreme
Law.
It is thus my 'final' social
obligation to advise you of your error and, - - - to the fact
that your 'ways' are those of an 'infidel,' being a non-believer
and, - - - if you pursue me then you will suffer
the same fate another day as God 'berates' you for
being 'unfaithful' to HIS
Command.
I ask you to 'reconsider' your demands of me
and simply say that if you persecute
me or prosecute me then I
will not 'retaliate,' but will go in peace as a 'lamb to the slaughter'
but I will not give in to your demands."

Your 'final' obligation is to your own soul and God,
thus you must not 'swerve' away from the Command of God through 'fear' of reprisal from 'wolves.' Simply
trust that whatever happens to you is your 'due,' for when you 'funded' the
persecutors untrue that abused many over the sea using your
'pennies.'

belief reference 'governance' ~
Many people living in
Australia * believe that:
Supreme power is the Sovereign People of
Australia.
The Parliament represents the People of Australia.
Note: Australia
* - This applies to every nation on earth.
I would like to comment both on the above. Firstly, Supreme power is the power of God,
and that power is 'exercised' through the mind and 'arm'
of man. The Parliament represents the invisible Dark force that 'governs' man
through those 'elected' to serve IT on earth.
The power of the LIGHT aspect of the Source being 'loving & kindness & mercy & respect
& forgiveness & peaceful & creative' is
'exercised' through the mind of the wise
who despise none, and whom take naught
from others using coercion or force of arms.
The power of the DARK
aspect of the Source
being 'hateful & merciless & persecutive & extortionist
& coercive & warlike & disrespectful & invasive
& punitive & destructive & controlling' is
'exercised' through the mind of the unwise,
that despise all that conform not to their demands,
and they take much
from others using coercion
and force of arms.
The Parliament represents the Dark extortionist
'taxing' & punitive aspect of the Source, and
it also metes out divine retribution on behalf of that darkness
unto all that 'partake' of its punitive ways. Being every 'voter'
and supporter that 'blindly' condones it per vote and supports
and funds its dark ideology through license fee or taxing
levy.
As we 'should' by now know, the darkness is the ultimate deceiver and LIAR.
Thus any 'Constitution' that it raises up via the mind of sinful
man is but 'deceptive' words that say that they guarantee freedom, but in fact this LIE is what 'traps' man into becoming
'party to' pure ungodly iniquity.
For by 'vote' and by payment of taxes, one is in fact supporting
and upholding a very dark and unforgiving
punitive ideology that is
anti-God and, any that 'think' that they can walk 'apart' and in
freedom needs become wise first by reading my 'The Slave
citizen' document.
For the ultimate POWER being God has ONE Supreme Law that says:
"As you or your servants did do
will be done unto you," - - - Therefore all
that did support this punitive
system of man must pay their 'dues' and suffer the same 'fate' that others
suffered when the 'forces of man' smashed

Man needs to see that one does not become a terrorist 'target'
simply because of 'supporting' others, it is because one
either directly or indirectly becomes responsible for the actual
killing and maiming
of others, as well as being responsible for the destruction of their homes and
businesses and livelihoods due to the funding of the 'armed' personnel that carry out the
atrocities in your name and, - - -
As your 'servants,' and even though these 'atrocities' are couched in a 'legal' or
moral and 'just' disguise, all
political forces lead the citizens of the land deeper into
spiritual 'death' due to their punitive
actions performed 'on behalf of' those that fund their ways.
If you would live in peace and
become 'free' to roam the seas
without being abused by 'pirates' or
'wrecked' on another foreign shore, then you must halt the
'funding' and support of any 'Chief' or System of government in
any land.
Governance by man or 'majority' is not democracy. Neither is
rule by majority vote a democracy. Democracy is the freedom of each individual to live
by their own personal belief, conscience, and ideology.
If this 'ideological' or 'religious' belief in any way
'trespasses' upon the ideals of others, then so be it, and it is
up to each to heed their Creator as best they can and aid the
other. If one is 'defiant' and of criminal intent or deed, then
the 'believer' must still only 'seed' positivity.
Where one 'controls' the other,
then the controller is living in a democracy but their 'slave' is living
under dictatorial rule.
Presently
on earth, all men are enslaved
by an Autocratic dictator that is
the 'rule book' in each land. Being
the 'unholy bible' that the 'controllers' call
'The Law.' It is not the law, it is
but the decrees of the vain
and arrogant.
Man needs to see his ongoing 'criminality,'
for all that live by and abide with or 'within' the
Rules of man that man 'call'
The Law, - - - are in fact criminals
in God's eyes for supporting iniquity and, they are all subjected
to God's ONE
Law that stands supreme above all mere 'mortals' that all
presently live in a daydream.
Try and 'see' and understand that - - - The human 'right' to live in peace as a 'free'
man - - - is only granted by God to those that are
forgiving & merciful & peaceful. Thus
we must now be only 'governed' by God, as we walk the road each
day respecting the ways of others and living in accordance with
the Command of God that gives us clear 'conduct' guidelines as
listed in this paragraph.
We do not have to 'bow' to the never-ending extortionist demands of dictators that believe that 'we'
must fund their daydreams of power & glory. Their
'ideals' are neither 'godly' nor are they democratic. They are imposed by force
of arms. Keep your 'money' in your pocket and fund
the community directly.
All men
true must now try and see that there is only true
'Democracy' and true
'Free Trade' when we can OPEN a business and
CONDUCT our trade locally or internationally without the
interference or
regulation or taxation of
the Mafia that 'pose' as a legitimate government.
There must be no more
'governments' to regulate, control, tax, or berate the people of the land with their 'forceful'
and extortionist and punitive hand. God will now shine a
Light so bright that even the 'blind &
lost' will see the depth of their ongoing iniquity.
All men will now see the power
of this pen to 'awaken' the sleeping and guide them back
onto the true
path wherein their
God is their guide and the 'director' of their daily
peaceful code of conduct and, - - - only as all
now follow me and do trade
freely without
'fear' or
persecution,
will there be true
freedom from bondage & slavery.
The 'honeyed' words of
government officials of "The economy is in a good shape as
there is a surplus"
actually means "Yes, they have enough cash
stolen from you to ensure that their
never-ending 'wining & dining' needs and
'armed forces'
protection are met, and as a
result, they will also meet their 'primary' obligation being the
welfare
payments to the disadvantaged.
In a truly
'free' society,
the community has no 'stand-over'
taxing or controlling 'body' that makes
demands. Each person simply goes about their
business and earns an income, after which they first
contribute something to those in need, and then they contribute
to other community endeavors.
But they do not make any
contribution to the 'upkeep' of any 'gangs' of
armed men
as 'protection' monies. Be it
army, navy, air force, bodyguards, or 'punitive'
policemen. For our
God is our 'protector,' and God says:
| "Those that only
walk in peace will not be disturbed by Me or My
'armed' forces, but those that are inspired by Me to disturb
the peace of the 'offensive ones' will
themselves be disturbed and abused by others also
so inspired by ME." |
Thus you see 'why' we must remain
non-retaliatory,
forgiving, merciful, peaceful and kind to our 'enemies' and, - - - you should
be able to now see
that when we 'pay' people to interfere and tax and punish
others, then we invoke a
similar return unto ourselves under God's ONE immutable
law: "As you do is done unto
you."
So stop funding
'iniquity' and set yourself
free.
God sees ALL that we do,
believe you me.
By all 'means' pay the wages
of a true 'peace' force that hauls in those that do
disturb the peace, but as said before, - - - only
for the purpose of true education of the 'errant' and then set them free.

~ The
Franchise ~
A 'Franchise' - is the privilege and 'right' to sell certain goods.
It is also the 'right' to use the
'brand' name 'inspired' by another.
It is the rightful 'permission'
to 'do' something, given by one to another.
There are 'others'
that are not franchisee's that 'steal' either the 'name' of another, or
another's 'designs' for the purpose of monetary gain.
These are 'thieves' who become 'disenfranchised' and lose their 'right' of access to the Promised Land.
Their 'theft' is accomplished by either 'simply'
copying the product and marketing it under the 'brand' name
of the 'inventor' as their own product, or by literally
stealing it by registering it and/or its brand name as their
'Patent.'
This 'registering' is with
an organisational 'body' of man that uses 'force of arms' within the punitive system of man to enforce ownership and, is what then enables
the 'thief' to 'legitimately' pursue others
using 'force
of arms' or, to even
halt the business of the 'rightful' owner that they have
'disenfranchised' from their own invention.

~ Intellectual property ~
From time
'immemorial' God has given man inspiration. It is God's
intent to raise the consciousness of man and to assist
man on his way. The inspiration in man's mind is from God
and becomes the 'property' of the entire human
race but, - - -
The now 'materialised' property
can only be honestly * 'marketed' under the 'brand' name
of the 'inventive' person with their 'chosen'
brand description by the inventor or, - - -
marketed honestly by another person authorised
by the inventor using the same brand name under a
'franchise' agreement or, - - - the design features can
be used to manufacture a similar 'object' and then
marketed by someone else that gives it an entirely
different name.
For any person using the
'inventor's' ideas and 'brand' name to market the same goods is
being dishonest, and only by having the 'inventor's
permission or franchise are they 'honouring' their God
and the inventor and their own souls by not 'stealing' the name for the purpose of
financial gain.
For example, 'ARK anchors.' The 'brand' name chosen by 'Noah'
for the inspiration from God is the word 'ARK' that describes the 'type' of anchor.
The 'design' features are 'attached' to the brand name.
Thus every purchaser of an 'ARK' anchor knows that when they purchase
an 'ARK' anchor, and that they are
getting a 'certain' design of anchor, being the one
designed and manufactured by Noah or, - - - if
they purchase one from an 'authorised' * Franchisee, they also know that they
are purchasing goods from a person that is
honourable and not a thief, for their name is
'listed' on Noah's official site as 'one' with an agreement
with Noah.
It is now the
'last' moment of time that man has the opportunity to
'change' from being a thief. But to do this 'he' needs be taught
'why' there is the need to be 'honest,' and for all to promote the positive sides of intellectual
property rights, rather than just emphasizing enforcement of the law against
counterfeit goods.
For 'ignorant' man
sees not the 'power' of the invisible Creator to 'enforce' HIS singular "As you
do is done unto you" LAW. Man sees not that 'pirating' * or supposedly 'legal' taking from others via Patenting
of Trademark registration has a detrimental effect on his
own future wellbeing.
For man is 'blind'
and sees his 'unkindness' as purely business, and in the
'name' of 'business,' man commits many a crime and sees not that all
he 'took' will from his 'pockets' be 'shook,' be
it in this life or the next 'realm.'
Stealing or the
unauthorised use of another's 'property' or brand name is
the same as literally jumping over their garden
fence and 'milking their cow,' and thus 'impoverishes'
them and, - - - ultimately the 'thief' suffers the same fate and,
- - - God said that all 'liars and
thieves and murderers' would spend a time and a time
in Hell. Wake up!
Note: honestly *- It is dishonest and dishonourable to market a product using
another's name or brand name without their
permission. This 'unauthorised' use also has
unseen and very 'painful' consequences.

~ The Patent ~
Man 'invented' the
'Patent' system so as to 'protect' ideas and to 'enable' prosecution of 'thieves.' But man saw not that the ideas were
all from God, to be used for the good of all and, for any
to freely 'copy' and use.
But this very system of
'registering' an 'idea' in an official 'office'
department also enabled thieves to steal the intellectual property of others,
being their 'ideas and names' and to use force via the 'Patents protectors'
to enforce their thievery.
Thereby enabling a person
who 'intends' to 'defraud' another by 'Patenting' the
item or brand name themselves, and thus using
'official' means to make use of the brand name of
the inventor and, - - -
Enabling them to 'Patent' an
item that they did not 'invent' and, - - by this
very 'act' they also 'intend' to take over the invention,
and in some cases to even use the 'system' of man to force the 'inventor' to 'shut up shop' so
that they are no longerable to use the God
given gift.
Man now needs to see that
any 'use' of another's ideas is in God's eyes
perfectly legal. For all 'ideas' are God-given to man for
the 'good'
of all. However, it is not
a 'good' idea to try and 'steal' the 'invention' from its
'originator' using any 'System' or 'office' of man.
That is a very unkind and
'antisocial' act that contravenes God's Commandment to 'Love one another,' and God sees the intent and
the 'wrong'
deed. If you seek
to use the ARK design
then feel free to so do. But do not call it an 'ARK' anchor unless it has been
'franchised' by me to you because, - - -
If you so do, or even if you
'rush' off to the 'agency' to 'Patent' the 'ARK' name or the name 'Noah' in an 'attempt' to gain anything,
then your personal 'tale' will become one of 'dread' as you make your personal 'bed' in HELL.
So if your name is 'Fred,'
then make as many anchors to 'my' design as you so
'wish,' but call them the "Fred anchor," without adding 'being a
'copy' of the original * ARK anchor design, for you are still
then 'using' the brand name as 'promotional' and getting
'free' advertising of your product.
So make the 'Fred' anchor
and then tell all about it,
this way you still make some daily 'bread,' but you do not
pave the way to dread for being a thief unwise as well as an arrogant 'idiot.'
Man needs no 'Patent' office
to protect his 'ideas,' he only needs a Patent
'office' to record the ideas from God so
that others can find them and their 'inventor' if
they are not 'openly' visible as is the ARK anchor system.
As for 'Patent' protection, ones 'interest' in the new coming
age will be 'automatic' due to the inherent 'nature' of
those remaining on earth. For they will all be 'good' and God 'fearing' * people, in that they will all seek
to care for one another, and those continuing
to be 'thieves'
will have been swept
into the Abyss.
Note: original * - It is then between 'Fred
& God' as to whether Fred manufactures and supplies
a 'good' quality product that is as good as the
'original' given by God through Noah and, it is up
to the public to choose their 'source' of product.
Note: God 'fearing' * people - God fearing people
are those whom believe in God. Thus they abide in
the commandment to be peaceful & merciful
& forgiving. There are some
people that
know 'no' God and 'see' no God thus fear no God, and they
'openly' and arrogantly strut around and interfere in the lives of others and mutilate them or punish them as their 'leaders' or 'rules' authorise them to.

| God
does us "inspiration" give so that all can
advance and easier live. Let greed now no longer
man’s mind span. Let the Patents office from
now on be a place where our ideas we place
so all can freely it see, and freely
use to benefit the entire planetary community.
Let the patents
library be "run" by those who can
clearly see, and thus only their "spot"
grace with positive ideas, rather than those of "mace."
All for one and
one for all.
Let no man demand a
licence "fee" for ideas we needs
give for free. By all means we can someone pay
for plans and advice given our way, but
'patenting' for exclusivity is not the way that
man is now to be.

~ The 'open window' ~
There is an 'open'
window that presents an 'opportunity' for the unwary to 'enter' into a 'contract' with
the Devil as they are 'tempted' to take something for nothing that is
not theirs to have.
This 'temptation' can occur
in many ways, and is no different to a person walking
past an open 'window' or door and being 'tempted' to 'pocket' or take something that
is not theirs to take, and they assume that
their action is unseen and, - - - some may also 'presume'
that it is 'fair play' to so do simply because they have
been shown by others how easy it is to so
do.
This is the 'folly' and
daydream' of man today, for none see that God's all
seeing 'eye' does 'span' the material universe as
well as every other 'realm' invisible to man.
This 'theft' is easily understood by all when my
example is a simple one, whereby you 'take' a neighbor's sheep one night and eat
it because you felt the need to take it or your family
was hungry.
Seeing not, that God will ensure
that HIS Law of "As you do is done unto you" is fulfilled in HIS own time,
when your 'plate' will be emptied by another on a
later day.
The 'openness' of the
doorway into the intellectual and material property of
others is not so easily understood when it comes to the
mass 'transfer' and 'copying' of another's manufactured
product that is also seen by God as 'theft.'
For you cannot 'click' on a
keyboard and instantly make a material anchor
similar to the one manufactured by me in stainless steel,
but you can at the 'click' of a 'button' set your
computer searching to download a 'ware' or program
that was not only 'invented' by another, but the actual
program was placed into a marketable format and sold to
someone.
So when you decide to obtain
a 'copy' of such by copying the material product and not
actually purchasing it, then you have in fact
stolen 'something' from its rightful owner
the designer, manufacturer, or franchised supplier.
Even if you 'copy' or 'tape'
a soundtrack from another's cassette or, you make a copy
of your own to give away, you are a thief and you will be brought to account
by God when least expected.
If you wish to obtain a
product to use, then pay for it. If your sister or
brother wish to make use of it and ask you to give them a
'copy,' then you can either say NO or, you can
give it away in its fullness, and not retain a copy for
your own use. This way you have paid for something and
given it away as a gift.
Let your conscience be your guide, for there is no
reason for you not 'lending' a book or a cassette for
another to use 'temporarily,' and I am sure the
'originator' expects this might occur. It is but when you
set out to 'steal' or 'defraud' that it is error to later bring you 'terror.'
Maybe too it is up to those
such as 'Microsoft' to 'list' on their web site a 'share
ware' section, upon which they can say for example: "All our
products that are 24 months old may be shared freely,
this means that you may make 'copies' of such after the
above 'expiry' date." It is then between you and God
as to what you do prior to that time span.
As I write this there are
millions of people 'working' the internet and 'entering'
the 'playground' of death as they 'copy'
the 'shareware' products being made available by
others seeking to obtain something for nothing.
All in the 'long run' do
lose, and if you cannot 'afford' to
buy the product then work harder or stay 'poor,' for that
then is your karmic fate ordained by God
and, - - - if there are any 'programs' on your
computer that you 'obtained' for free 'illegally' as 'exposed' by me, then you would be
wise to delete them instantly and
show God your new way to now be.
Soon, as the 'non-believers'
that fight,
deceive, coerce, tempt, steal, and abuse
others are swept away, there will on earth only
remain those that showed God their 'belief' in the words 'respect & peace
& truth & love & kindness & honesty &
forgiveness,' so please ensure
that your 'business practices' are seen by God as 'perfect.'

Entitlements ~
employer
& employee
Both 'factions'
are entitled to a 'fair' and equitable relationship. One
is seeking to work for another as an
employee, and they are entitled to
receive a 'just' recompense for their accomplished
labour.
The other is the
employer seeking a 'worker' and is
entitled to receive recompense for the wages they pay
out, for in reality they are paying for a 'service,' and
the service provider is the
employee, being the supplier of the
service.
There are two 'types'
of people on the planet, and between these two
'opposites' there are multitudes of combinations. There
are both the good and the cruel, being the selfish as
well as the 'giver' of rewards, be it the giving of a
good wage or good service, or poor wages and poor service.
How then does 'each'
party protect its interests -
forcefully or
peacefully? For in the 'past' and even
today some employers play 'God' and abuse their
workers and, - - -
In the past and yet
today the 'worker' has been able to
'force' the
employer to meet their demands for
certain 'supposed' obligations to be met, and if they are
not met, then the
employee has used
'force' to extort money from their
employer.
So what in fact is the
'obligation' of each? For the
employee has been 'told' by 'officials'
that they are entitled to various 'benefits' that are
deemed the 'responsibility' of the
employer and, - - -
Due to the 'structure'
of these now encoded
'rules of engagement,' the employer is being
forced to 'pay up' even when they
are no longer receiving a 'service' for their wage paid
out. This at times is due to
employees either 'downing tools,' taking
endless 'sick leave,' or simply working at a reduced
output.
All the above
difficulties are only 'resolvable' when each party sees
its true obligation to the other. Thus the 'objectivity'
of this page, for its content is guided by God the
eternal Sage.
For too long now has
man 'avoided' personal responsibility, and also
man has used 'force' to accomplish his 'selfish'
demands. This use of
force is the 'Union' movement, as
well as 'legislation' and the Court system of man.
This now is God's
'Plan' to be adhered to by every man or woman or child
employer or
employee. Firstly, you are expected by
God to be honest in your dealings with others.
Thus if you are an
employer you will undertake to pay an equitable
amount of money for the 'time' another is 'laboring' for
you. If you are an
employee, you will undertake to work diligently
for the 'time' that you are being paid to work.

There is an
'expectation' on the part of the
employee that their
employer 'owe' them something more than
the basic 'pay for time worked'
contract. Be it additional
funds to pay them when on 'sick leave,' or workers
compensation, or annual leave pay, or maternity leave,
insurance cover etc.
This expectation is
due to the 'lack' of
education as well as the
false direction given to people
being that their employer is 'somehow' responsible for their wellbeing. This is a
false teaching and programming of
their mind, and workers are now unable to 'think' or
'plan' ahead
for themselves, and the 'onus' of 'care taker' for their
wellbeing has been placed upon the
employer. This is
error.
The
employer is not a 'slave owner,' they
are but 'offering' a monetary
reward for work accomplished. It is not up to the
employer to 'handle' the affairs of
employees.
From this day on, the
employer shall 'offer' a
wage that in their opinion
is fair and equitable for the 'service' they seek
to be provided by the
employee. This is due to the 'fact' that
every 'employee' is a 'self-employed' person
that does in fact 'contract' their services out to
an employer. Be it 'casual' time, or 'part'
time, or permanent time etc.
The
employee must take into account that it
is they whom are responsible to take 'care' of themselves,
be it by paying their own 'personal accident' cover. Be
it by putting some funds away to cover themselves
for when they may be 'ill' or out of work for a day or a
month, for they will not at that time be providing
any 'service' and thus cannot expect free
pay.
Being 'now' of a self-sufficiency
mentality, the
employee will also save their own
'superannuation' or 'retirement' moneys, and not
expect their employer or any other 'system' of man
to have to handle any of their affairs.
There will be no 'severance' pay or long service
pay unless so 'offered' by an
employer.
This is the only
'true' way to conduct a business or business relationship.
For only when an
employer knows what his hourly
'cost' of an employee is, can he conduct a 'fair'
business and sell the produce at a fair price and, only
this way will he stay in business and, - - -
He thus knowing his
'side' of the employment contract, being the total amount
to pay as a wage against productivity accomplished,
can he 'factor' in an amount that will
assist the
employee to personally have enough to
cover his 'life' or 'illness' or other strife without
making any 'claims' upon his
employer.
The
employer is now
'protected,' in that the terms of
employment will state that the
employee agrees to be the 'master' of
his own destiny and, - - - that prior to the
'first' day of employment he can 'negotiate' the
price of his daily wage, and 'fix' the hours per day to
work, be it 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 or more, and it must be
'added' that if he is ever 'late' or 'slack' that
he may be dismissed unconditionally.
It is also up to the
'prospective' employee to 'fix' the other working
conditions prior to 'signing' the contract. This will be
with reference to the implements needed or work tools etc.,
that he is expected to provide. All the above 'possible'
costs may be 'factored in' to an offered wage
by an employer if they so wish but, -
- - their 'implementation' or 'acceptance' must be
the 'onus' of the
employee.

It must be stated here
and now that no 'other' person or institution will have any
'bearing' upon the contract other than as an 'advisor' to
either party. There is to be no
'forced' action by one against the
other. Any 'dispute' that cannot be resolved by
'discussion' will 'permit' either party to immediately
terminate the 'work' contract and, - - -
It is then up to God
to 'enforce' God's 'submission' upon any
'offensive' one that in some way wrongly
'disadvantaged' the other. It is not up to man
to interfere 'forcefully' in any 'work' or other
relationship between God's children.
It is from now on
'simply' a matter of an
employer 'offering' work to another,
and the employer 'sets' his terms. The
'seeker' of employment can simple accept or reject them
if there is no 'compromise and, - - - naturally the
employer may offer any 'inducements' or
'perks' that they so wish to but, - - -
It must be remembered
that if any employer 'defaults' in any way and
cannot 'pay,' then the other must simply go their way
peacefully and 'accept' their fate without
'berating' the other or stopping others
from entering that work place gate.
It is God's 'intent'
that people are
'saved' from that fate by being
self-sufficient from the beginning. For only when they are
looking after their own 'affairs' will they become
free in their own destiny.
This also applies to
the halting of the 'tax' take. For once people stop
paying taxes and just freely
give directly to the
community endeavours, will the costs of goods drop
and there will be no need of
'welfare,' as each will be able to
survive even if 'pay' gets less.
Stop making 'demands'
from the employer and stop 'reprimanding'
employers. If you 'think' they are
offering 'less' than your worth, then look for another
employer or open up your own
business.
Stop making
'demands' from the welfare department
and use your own hands and mind to be productive
in any way you can. There are too many today
'sitting' around doing naught and expecting others via
a 'forceful'
taxation system to
pay their food bill each day.
The legislative
'demands' upon
employers by politicians via
'rules' will soon cease as man
fights man. It is my 'plan' to
educate you all so that 'in front of
your Creator' you can one day ahead walk tall. Ask
for help, do not demand or take.
For no other 'owes'
you anything. So stop trying to 'sting'
employers or others that you expect to
support you, because as said, we must all be prepared to
labour 'honestly' so that God sees that we deserve
what we are paid.
So
employees are only
'safe &
secure' and can
only remain 'meek & demure' when they are in
control of their own 'wage' and life, and in
control of their own 'policy' cover. For they then
can 'call' upon their own insurance company rather than
on a 'Company' that may lead to dispute and ill 'repute'
claims.
Go your
way now in peace and make
peace with all men.
