~ Kwale hills Titanium mining

It is with ‘regret’
that I read the words by Sam Wainaina in the 'East African' newspaper:

< Nairobi - The government is
in dire need of foreign funds and the titanium mining
venture by Tiomin Kenya Ltd, a subsidiary of Tiomin
Resources Inc of Canada, will get government clearance to go
on with the project whether
environmentalists in Kenya or local people in Kwale District
like it or not. > |
I as the ‘pen’ of
Allah can state quite categorically
that:
If any person employed
by the Institution named as ‘The Kenya government’ believes that
due to the ‘fact’ that their Institution is in need of ‘foreign
currency’ and thus uses this ‘excuse’ to:
1 – Issue a mining
‘lease’ certificate that will cause a disturbance of the
peace to the inhabitants of Kwale hills, and result in any one
being ‘evicted’ from their land or, their property being
seized or;
2 – Per ‘writ’ mandate
the use of force for their own
‘armed’ forces to seize, dispossess, or punish
any ‘resident’ of Kwale district as they ‘aid’ miners to
‘invade’ or ‘dig’ and disrupt the normal
peaceful activities of the district
then, - - -
It is proven
they are vain deluded souls and, by this dark, forceful,
invasive, and punitive action, every person ‘involved’ in the
invasion does automatically ‘divorce’
themselves from entering the Promised Land
(Heaven) and, - - -
They also within the
superior Law of Allah ‘dispossess’ themselves from their own land
and homes at a later stage when Allah fulfills His own
superior “As you sow so shall ye reap”
Law in this or the ‘after-life’ and, - - -
If any person employed
by the Institution named as ‘The Kenya government’ believes that
due to the ‘fact’ that - - - their institution is backed by
‘rules’ and force of arms and
thus has the assumed ‘power’ to defy Allah, - - - and
legislate the issue of ‘licenses’ that permit people to
transgress the “Go in peace and do not
disturb the peace of the land” Command of Allah, they
are deluded and the above ‘fate’ awaits them also and, - - -
If any Company
‘director’ believes that by paying a licence fee to any
‘governing’ Institution means that his Company can then go forth
and disadvantage any ‘person’ or land holder he is in
error and, - - -
If he thinks that he
can use any ‘Court’ of man to ‘uphold’ the ‘tenure’ of his claim
by ‘showing’ his ‘permission’ permit to said Court, and thus
use the Court ‘findings’ and the ‘armed forces’
of the land to aid him and his mining ‘Company’ in his
land 'grab' invasion and, - - -
himself avoid or ‘void’ the Law of
Allah, then he too is a ‘deluded’ and ‘deceived by precedent’
person and, - - -
If any ‘Court’ of man
uses their ‘Might’ to assist in the ‘removal’ of any person from
their land by the issuing of a ‘seize’ or ‘vacate’ or ‘dispossession’
decree, then they too will ahead
be sent DOWN by Allah to be
dined upon by other arrogant swine.
Kenya does not need
farmers ‘dispossessed’ of their means to feed themselves and others.
For no amount of money can feed anyone if there is no food to be found
and, the Shimoni basin is the 'home' of the 'beche de mere' and also the
breeding grounds of many other fish and crustacean, thus dredging or
damage to sea bed will 'penalise' the livelihood of fishermen.
The world is
soon to be full of dispossessed, hungry, angry, and very mentally
disturbed people, and any person using ‘rules’ or monetary
‘enticement’ for the purpose of making others ‘homeless’ to themselves
gain $$$, are themselves doomed to eternal slavery in the wastelands of
Hell.
