What you and the magistrate need to see is that I am a man of peace, and not an offender that has lost his 'rights' to be a 'civil' human being. It is merely the 'dictates' of a book of rules that has 'outlawed' me in your eyes and, - - - Because you and the magistrate 'berate' me and 'expel' me from society due to rules, that it is you that are offensive in God's eyes, and it is in fact you that are already on 'probation' (trial) and, - - - Unless and until you 'prove' to God that you can become a civil & peaceful & respectful & merciful & forgiving man, you and the Judiciary are in fact the ones to have 'black' marks daily allotted against your spiritual 'conduct' record. For even though you are 'nice,' and are civil and pleasant in your dealings with me and others, you still have the 'power' to affect the 'livelihoods' of those that are placed within your jurisdiction. Seeing not that your 'pen' or 'words' can and do result in 'control, incarceration, punishment and suffering.' I have said before the world that the only true way for any person to aspire to heaven is to sup on God's sacred leaven and be an educative Carer. If you fail 'me' and my 'cause' then you will join the police lads and prosecutors and jailers and judges that will pay their dues in the 'hellish' wastelands below where rest assured, all get to know of ME and MY spiritual capacity. It is insane to tell the public that they cannot take the 'law' into their own hands and punish offenders without falling 'foul' of the law, and see not that you and all 'enforcers' are taking the side of the 'retributive' Law of God into your own hands and thus are yourselves falling 'foul' of the Law of God. Neither the legal system nor the Probation officer have fulfilled their obligation.....namely a placement where I could fulfil my obligation under their sentence in a manner required by them. (A 'controlled' operation). The reason given was 'concern' about my religious beliefs. Am I now again to be discriminated against once more for my truly Christian religious beliefs? I have already been sentenced to prison for my religious beliefs more than once........ It is blatant discrimination to now again force me into prison because they (the Probation department cannot satisfy themselves or the magistrate that I am in fact carrying out a 'perpetual' community service order imposed by GOD. Either the system is JUST and therefore the sentence is a Community Order as passed down by the Magistrate, or it is UNJUST and what the magistrate "ORDERS" as a sentence is irrelevant! The 2003/2004 expenditure is given as $ 10,540,286.oo, and their revenue raised by 'levy' and other means as $ 12,392,855.oo - giving a surplus income of some $ 1,852,029.oo - - - nearly two million dollars. There is no need for me to look deeper into these figures, for it is merely 'proof of expenditure' and the 'justification' for extortion and, - - - the issue at 'stake' here is merely the 'right' in God's sight for an organisation to maintain its income and expenditure at the expense of those it is supposed to serve. There is 'something' that those 'called' to answer to 'charges' need to understand before they enter the 'precincts' of the 'Beast,' and that is that there is no point pleading 'Not guilty,' for none of you are in fact being charged for 'trespass' or any other event that took place in the forest. The 'unseen' reality is that you are being charged for contravening a 'decree' or 'rule' written and encoded within a book, - - - an 'unholy' book that itself commands the Code of Conduct of its 'upholders,' being the public and the police & magistrate. Thus you cannot expect any 'mercy' as such, for neither the police or the magistrate nor the book of rules are 'able' to listen to your 'reasoning.'
